The music is the Brandenburg Concerto No. 3 in G Major, BWV 1048, First Movement, by J.S. Bach.
The banner background is taken from the painting Les grandes baigneuses (1900 - 1905) by Paul Cézanne. The actual painting can be viewed at the Barnes Foundation, in Merrion, Pennsylvania. Another version of the painting can be seen at the Philadelphia Museum of Art.
The banner font is called Village; it is a variant of Albertus. The font was heavily featured in the 1967 television program "the Prisoner".
